- When did you start having this issue?
- What specific Roku device is this? (Go to Settings > System > About.)
- A photo of the "pattern" you're referring to.
Additionally, kindly perform the following steps below to check if they will help with the issue:
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System Restart.
