I don't find it via a search in the Channel Store. But doing a web search brought me to this apparent channel store page:

This may be a dead page for a defunct channel that isn't still linked to and ought to be removed. (Alerting Roku employees @RokuAustin, @RokuERey, @RokuMaryEF, and any other moderators for investigation.)
I also found this reference page from 2019: https://rk.guide/details/spotlight-after-dark-premium/7575. Since it mentions an access code, I suspect this is a former "private channel", all of which were taken down almost 3 years ago when Roku went to a different development system for channel apps. Developers of those channels were given 6 months or more notice in which to convert to the new system. Many didn't convert and are lost.
