Since spectrum updated their tv app. Everyday I have to sign into this app to use it on 2 different Roku sticks , they say it's a modem BUT every other streaming app under the sun but spectrums work fine, so I can't believe that solution at all

Any update on this? My Roku TV makes me sign into Spectrum app every other day. No other apps do that. I have Spectrum app on my Samsung tv and it does not reset my profile like ROKU does.
Nope, spectrum tech of their app told me too bad, not enough people with the issue you should complain too, who knows
I just installed my Roku stick11/24/22 and everything was working fine. I tried to switch to spectrum yesterday morning 12/05/22 and it started buffering and switched to the message something went wrong rip-999. I reinstalled the spectrum app and it still wouldn’t open back up. Any suggestions?
After removing a channel, like your Spectrum app, best practice is to restart your Roku to clear its memory cache before reinstalling the channel. Without the restart you may not get a clean reinstall.
Depending on your Roku model and Roku version number you'll find the System restart option under either Settings > System > Power or under Settings > System.
This should assure you of a clean install of the current release of the channel app. If the app itself has the problem, you need to get help from the app developer -- Spectrum in this case.
We have 5 tvs and my roku one is the only TV that makes me sign into Spectrum every time. It's not Spectrum is roku. This is irritating me!!

I am having this same issue. Here's the thing. I have no problem on my other roku tv's, just one of them.
