When logging into Spectrum app there isn't a way to access both Upper and Lower case letters. Which means I can't enter my password to log in.  I spoke with Spectrum and they said this is an issue that Roku needs to resolve. Thank you.

There seem to be several different keyboard designs. Look for either an up-arrow, or a 'key' that shows "ABC" or "abc".

I’ve looked for both of those options and neither are available for me. There’s only lowercase letter button and no arrow to make uppercase. Thanks

You can also try pressing * on the remote to see if that switches to uppercase.  It works sometimes.

Yup. I've just run into the same issue. Infuriating! Anyone find a fix yet?

Can you post a picture of the on-screen keyboard?

When you are hovered over the letter there will be a pop up that opens right above that letter. The pop up should be the capital version of that letter. Hit the arrow up button and that should allow you to select the upper case version of that letter.
