I subscribed to Slovenian tv. There are 3 channels. Unfortunately 1 of the stations is Slovakian. Who do you contact to fix this ?

Thanks for letting us know about the issue of content/station unavailability within the channel. Have you tried to remove the channel and see if it helps? If you haven't tried it yet, you can remove the affected channel and re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System restart.
Please note that the subscription must first be canceled before the channel can be removed from your Roku device.
If the issue remains unresolved, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: then choose 'Account, payments & subscription'. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

It's not much of a page, but there does seem to be an email address at the bottom. (It's for DMCA notices but it's the only address I saw.)
