It's not unique to Roku, my Sony/GoogleTV Sling app is experiencing the same DVR issue.
Same “DATA NOT AVAILABLE” issue on all my Sling cloud DVR recordings and Sling AirTV recordings. Issue shows up only on Roku platform, iOS platform works fine.
I just sent Sling a message through Facebook Messenger (see screenshot). I strongly suggest everyone does the same.
Update - The Sling app on my Samsung Smart TV DVR works just fine, but not on my Roku.
I have 1 LG smart TV. Sling works fine. I have 1 LG Roku TV and that's the one that doesn't work

This solution does not work. I am having the same issue. My recordings are fine on all Non-Roku devices. This must be a Roku issue.

Also having the same problem...no data available...I can view recording on my phone, but no access to any of my 4 roku devices...I have rebooted, unplugged all devices, including my AirTV2...no luck...I hope this issue is resolved soon..
Same here, DVR does not work on all 4 roku devices but works fine on my PC and phone
Just tried to play back Sling DVR on Amazon Fire Stick. DVR will not playback from that streaming device, either. (does play back on computer)
Live chat from Sling has replied to me. Says the following:
" Our engineering team is aware on this issue and they are working to get this fixed. "
