Sky News App - Live an unexpected problem (but not server timeout or http error) has been detected"

Hi  I have been getting the" an unexpected problem (but not server timeout or http error) has been detected"" whenever i try and watch Sky News Live.  I have restarted Roku, deleted and reloaded Sky News App but it's still showing this error. It only happens when I try and watch the news app live

Thanks for sharing your report about this and the troubleshooting steps you took. We want to ensure that the channel has been refreshed successfully. Please try again and follow the steps below.

  • Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  • Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
  • Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

If the issue persists, we suggest notifying the channel support for further assistance. Please bear in mind that while Roku hosts the channel on the platform, the channel provider has direct management control.
