The show I'm watching it won't give me a choice for English. If it's going to be this way. I mean if it can't be changed I would not recommend your products to other people

Hi @jswim77,

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We're sorry to hear about this experience. We would be more than happy to look further into this issue. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device? Or is this only for specific content?

The preferred audio language selection determines which audio track you hear when watching content from a provider like The Roku Channel. Keep in mind that it is the responsibility of each channel provider to translate the content they offer. If your preferred audio language is not supported by a channel provider, content in that channel will typically be presented with an audio track in the original language of each title.

Please keep us posted on what you find out.

All the best,
Chel
