I know you replied to me, after my report of the Issue Id that your techies will take over the issue, but the issue happened again today, this time with the same information except for the Issue ID being DH-499-575

" share a link to the file that you were playing when where you see that issue occur". If so, are you requesting, if the file is a full-length TV show or movie on a flash drive, that we upload that file to the cloud and then share the link to the file with you? If you mean something else by "this file", please clarify.

That's right! You can't share a video here in the Roku Community but you can link us on that uploaded file to the cloud where you're reproducing the issue.

Here's one that I downloaded from a sample HEVC website and then moved it to my flashdrive. I was able to play other videos today on Roku Media player from my flashdrive, but the one at https://www.libde265.org/hevc-bitstreams/tos-1720x720-cfg01.mkv stopped playing at about 3 seconds in and put my Roku Media Player back to the Roku Media Player a home screen (and my flashdrive did not show on that home screen )

I do not plan to send you others until your team reports that they have at least fixed the problems of Roku Media Player when playing the two videos that I sent links to you.
I have limited space in Icedrive. Therefore, have your team download that file within 24 hours as I will be removing it soon after that.

Movie files will just stop playing and dump you back to the main screen.
Happens almost every 15 mins for HDR content and twice an hours for 1080p.
It’s ridiculous, fix the player or allow others like VLC to create a real capable player on your platform.
Roku really dropped the ball on this one, and their silence is infuriating.
