Well, it is December, and apparently you guys don't have it fixed yet. I am another user experiencing this problem. How sad that those of us that can't hear very well, are given a standard reply with little action.

THIS, is not a new issue! Other posts were made back in October, and the same standard response was given back then.
I'm not trying to be rude, but hearing loss is why people rely on CC. It seems that it isn't very important for Roku. :-<

Murdoch Mysteries season 6 is displaying the wrong dialogue. The dialogue is several episodes off.
A very short test of season 7 saw the correct dialogue being displayed.

How do you suggest we do that?
For one thing, someone else in this very thread already gave you a list of episodes that are broken.
I tried myself to send you a detailed list of episodes, with which episode is paired with which subtitles, to make it easier to fix.
After going to seven layers of authentication, my post was marked as spam.
I'm guessing you don't really want to fix it. That would require listening to customers, and - gasp! - work!
