Before we proceed, may we first know if you'd want to enable and disable the close captioning inside the Disney Plus channel only? If so, it is highly recommended to directly reach out to the channel provider themselves as they are the ones who maintain and update their app on the Roku streaming platform.
We can suggest how to enable the closed captioning feature on your Roku player here but we can't guarantee that this will also enable this feature inside the Disney Plus channel.
