We took advantage of the Black Friday sale this year 11/25 and was able to obtain one of these 65” for the $228 deal which was amazing.
Everything is working as intended. I’ve tested multiple other apps that were pre-downloaded during the software update. Crunchyroll, Hulu, Netflix, Spectrum TV app, and of course Disney+.
Each time I have the Disney app open and movie is playing, it shuts the television down after 3 min of watching anything. Only with Disney+. I’ve uninstalled the app and downloaded again yet it happens continuously without fail. After 3 min it shuts the television off.
I have a 43” in my bedroom and never had an issue such as this. We’re plugging the power cord directly into the wall and have done the system restart as well as a factory reset to have it happen each time I try.
