I’ve been having this issue for a long time I’ve contacted Roku several times been on phones hours. They kept saying they would escalate it and call me back and I never heard anything yesterday. I did a factory reset once again for like 1000th time and I was able to get my Disney Channel to work and now this morning I turn the TV on to open up the Disney Channel and it gives me the same error can’t run channel. I don’t wanna go out and buy a new TV because this one still works fine. I just don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve done everything they said cleared the cash rebooted it to everything a fat over 1000 times I’ve done this for the last 2 1/2 months and I keep getting no answer. I need help, please

I assume you have a Roku TV and not a Roku device connected to a TV.  The simple solution might be to get a Roku device while they're on sale this season and connect it to your Roku TV.  There's no need to get rid of the TV.
