I already have a Pure Flix account when I try to add it to my channel guide the only option is to sign up. There is no way to log in. I tried from my phone and cannot get it to upload to my TV
i have a RoKu TV

We appreciate you reaching out about this. I did try this on our end, and we are able to see the sign-in and sign-out options to proceed. We would recommend trying reinstalling the channel once again and see if that works.

The problem is that I cannot even add the Pureflix app without subscribing. There is no login option. The only available app is “Pureflix on Roku”.

When I search the "Streaming Store" on my device I see both options - the stand-alone app and "Pure Flix on RokuChannel".

We understand that you are having the same issue as posted in this thread regarding being unable to log in to Pure Flix, and we're here to help.
If you are unable to see the sign-in option, it is recommended that you follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
- Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
- Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
- Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.
Additionally, if you are experiencing issues with your credentials or login information, please contact the channel provider directly for assistance, as they manage customer credentials.
