Re: Hoopla channel only has three categories

Hi @NHBob,

Congrats on your first post in the Roku Community!

We would be more than happy to assist and take a closer look to see how we can help with your Roku device. A few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing:

  • Which streaming channels are you experiencing this issue on?
  • What was the error message when attempting to stream the channel?
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing?

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.

Best regards,
Mary

Re: Hoopla channel only has three categories

Since my original post, I have used this workaround...

I installed the Hoopla Android app on my phone. The Hoopla Android app has all the content categories or genres. I find and "Borrow" what I want to watch in the Hoopla Android app then open the Hoopla Roku app and my borrowed content is shown the Hoopla Roku app "Borrowed" category.
