Channel guide showing no information

Since Sunday, I will load the live tv app for Roku. It shows the info. If I stay on one channel for about a half hour and open the guide it will say no info on all channels. I have to exit the app and reload it just to get program info. I have power cycled the tv, checked for updates on the tv and checked for updates on the app. I have a hisense roku tv. It is also losing program information on the over the air channels. I have my correct zip code and have rescanned for channels. Nothing fixes this.

Could you tell us if you’re using a Roku TV or a device? Also, if you could share a photo or a short video showing the situation, that would be awesome. Are you watching Live TV, using an OTA (antenna), or looking at the Live TV channel guide?
