Puerto Rico FTA channels. Application

I went to open the Puerto Rico FTA channels this morning and it says that "This channel is not longer available" and for more info to go to roku.com/channel removed but there is no explanation. 

But they withdraw the monthly payment yesterday. 

Please help.

Me pasó lo mismo a mi alguien sabe le número a llamar a Roku

My renewal is due tomorrow and I am hesitant to cancel it yet because of faith moreless. We need an update on what is going on and have the channel restored and working. I did the Roku recommended troubleshooting and I don't have the application anymore. Please don't select remove app from your Roku or you will lose the app from it. 

We need Puerto Rico FTA Channels application up and running, guys!

Yes. This is happening to my parents too. Please fix. They are seniors and really need this app to stay in touch with the island they miss so much.

Yes. I agree. Need explanations as to why it was removed without noticed.

PLEASE BRING BACK PUERTO RICO FTA CHANNELS! We were devasted to see that it was removed. Please fix this.

Who is saying that? Roku support or the app developer?
