We understand that Roku channels are visible, but when you click on any channel, it does not play. No worries we're here to help!
We highly recommend following the steps below to see if they can solve the issue:
Restart your Roku device
- Open home screen,
- Go to Settings.
- Select System.
- Power (if the Power submenu does not appear, skip to the next step).
- System Restart.
