Thanks for informing us about your streaming issues with Pluto TV on your Roku. We'd be happy to suggest further troubleshooting steps.

After removing the Pluto TV app on your Home screen, have you also tried rebooting your Roku device under Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart and then reinstalling it right after? 

We need to ensure that the troubleshooting steps of removing the app, performing a system reboot, and then reinstalling it have been done precisely to work. 

If the issue persists after doing so, we also suggest connecting your Roku device to an alternative network to see if this makes any difference. Perhaps a mobile hotspot would do.

I tried all steps mentioned still not working on all 3 roku devices I have its a rolu problem cause I can stream on my smart tvs without roku

Unlike the other poster, Pluto TV is still unresponsive on all of my Roku devices for the fourth day in a row. I’ve tried all the recommended steps with no results. The app works fine on my iPads and Apple TV, but no longer on Roku.

Thanks for informing us about the playback issues you've encountered within the Pluto TV app on your Roku. 

The team is aware of this and is currently in the process of investigation. With this being said, we'd be happy to include your device for review. In order to narrow down the cause of the issue, we would appreciate it if you could share with us your device details such as follows:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
