Peacock-When scrolling peacock, it keeps moving 3 to 4 spots when I stop. I have checked Prime and N

When scrolling peacock, it keeps moving 3 to 4 spots when I stop. I have checked Prime and Netflix and it works fine. So I don’t think it is the remote

Thanks for posting here about the behavior you've noticed with Peackock skipping spots while navigating. Let's troubleshoot this and resolve the issue. As a start, follow the steps provided below.

  1. Remove the Peacock channel by highlighting it from the channel tile and pressing the star (*) button. Then select the remove option.
  2. Do a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > System Restart.
  3. Add the Peacock Channel back by searching for it from the "Streaming Store."

Kindly check to see if you notice any improvements upon performing these steps.
