I am having the same issue but only on my streaming stick the Roku tvs work fine. Even changed sticks

Happening here in Tennessee.  Green screen. Played on my android phone. All other channels work fine. Followed all steps mentioned and still don't work. Call their customer support and was an hour wait. Please someone find a fix.

I’m having the same issue with my Roku in my living room…the box not the stick. It plays fine on my bedroom smart TV (not a Roku).

Having the same issue. Can see the tiles. Once the show starts, green screen. If I fast forward, I can see the tiles, but when I push play, green screen. Reset the Roku, Same thing. Different show? Same thing. Went to a different app, works perfectly. 🤷🏼‍♂️
