It’s not a Roku issue. It’s a Paramount+ issue. The FF & rewind speeds are ridiculously speedy on my Fire TV while using the Fire TV remote AND when I control/watch through my Direct TV box remote & remote that came with the Direct TV box, AND also with a Samsung TV that’s not a Smart TV using a Roku stick.
I can’t find a detailed Settings option while in Paramount+ (even when I login using a browser) with an option to change the speed. This is the ONLY app this happens with on all of my TVs and I have them all.

Please be advised that the majority of content on the Roku platform comes from streaming channels maintained and updated independently by the channel's provider.
