Thanks for letting us know about the audio issues you've observed on channels 2.1 to 2.5. Rest assured that we'll help you find the best resolution for it.
Kindly provide us with the necessary details to help us investigate this matter on your affceted Roku device:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
