The Crunchyroll Channel will not play back videos on my 4800x -roku ultra running 11.5.0 build 4225-C2 

But the Crunchyroll Channel performs perfectly on Roku TV - C205x Hisense 55R6+ running 11.0.0 build 4193-94

Obviously this is a Roku software build issue, is there a time line for Roku fixing this big??

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing?
Please provide us with the following information:
-Roku device serial number, and device ID (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate further.

I'm having the same issue on my stream stick, but crunchyroll works fine on my roku tv

I'm having a similar problem.

I'm using the Streaming Stick 4K 3820CA @ version 11.5.0 build 4225-CU device and cannot stream.

But my old Roku 3 device streams the crunchyroll app videos without an issue.

I cannot stream video on the Streaming Stick 4K: the app itself opens okay, but when I select a video to stream, the video never loads.

I have reset the device, even did a factory reset, with no result. 

I have even moved the Roku to another tv, same issue. 

I have also removed the app and re-installed it with no effect.

-device ID: SO9141964UJA
-software OS/version: 11.5.0 build 4225-CU
-channel version/build: Crunchyroll Version 4.7 build 999
-Issue Tracker ID: JA-427-394

Steps to problem:
1. Press 'Select' on the desired video stream.
2. Result = black screen, video title displayed at the top of the screen.
The screen stays black [never changes] unless:
3. Press 'Play'
4. Result = spinning wheel in the center of the black screen, then a spinning wheel with "33%"
5. After a few minutes a popup appears: "Crunchyroll Application Error" [no error code or anything]
6. The app must be force closed (press'Home')

I have similar problems - some videos (actually a lot) won't load and run.  Here is the info you requested:

This problem started on 10-21-2022.  All other channels work fine.

Hello,

I want to mention, like the previous poster, that my problem started Oct. 21st.  And while most of the videos will not stream, some do work. 

And my other streaming services work fine...
