No longer able to view episodes on Netflix

I started having this problem this eve on the show Shameless. It was fine, then paused to make supper late and when I returned there were no episodes listed. The only way I can see the episodes is to search the show shameless and is doing this for every show on netflix. The only problem with searching it is that i cant see what i have watched so when I fall asleep with it on and want to go back it makes it harder. It would be better to have it with the show. This isn't happening on hulu, Paramount, peacoke, prime, or roku, just netflix, pls help.

I've tried all the options above. I cleared cache and cookies, updated my software and then checked the update on netflix itself. I restarted it and unplugged my roku tv and wifi and started it up again without change in problem. It can't be that I need to change my subscription because I was watching, paused and then it was the problem. Thank you

Have you tried removing the app, performing a system reboot, and then reinstalling it to see if this makes any difference? These steps will help Netflix refresh its system. You may follow the steps precisely below:

  1. Remove the channel: navigate to your Home screen, move to the right, highlight the app, press Star*, then select Remove channel
  2. Perform a system reboot: navigate to your Home, select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart
  3. Re-install the channel: navigate to your Home, scroll and select Store, look for the app, then press Add channel

If the issue still occurs after doing so, we highly recommend reaching out to Netflix Support. They manage and update their app on the Roku streaming platform independently since this only happens on this app.
