I understand the issue you have encountered with your Roku device where it randomly switches to Netflix, and I'm here to help.
I recommend you perform a troubleshooting step to resolve the issue. Follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings
- Select System
- Select Power
- Select System Restart
- Select Restart
Once this has been performed, check to see if you notice any improvements.
