Hello. I want to Add Disney+ app on my Roku, but it is not allowing.

1) There is no search option.

2) Disney+ is not on any lists provided on Roku device.

3) Via website roku.com the Disney PLus button "+Add App" is greyed out.

My Roku model is: 3941X - Roku Express 4k

Country: Lithuania

Steps I have done:

- Did factory reset.

- Did power reset.

- Updates to the latest software version.

- Logged out and logged in again.

- Created new account.

None of these helped. Disney+ is supported in my country - what is the problem with Roku?

Other apps work fine - like Netflix or Spotify.

Buenas tardes tengo un Roku LT y al buscar un canal tengo que revisar todos los canales porque no hay una opción de buscador, también he visto que hay canales que no los puedo ver porque no estoy en Estados Unidos o Canadá, entonces mi sugerencia sería que solo vendieran en estos países y no los vendan en países en donde no pueden dar soporte, porque una opción de buscador no creo que tenga tanta restricción por el país.

Good afternoon, I have a Roku LT and when I search for a channel I have to check all the channels because there is no search option. I have also seen that there are channels that I can't see because I am not in the United States or Canada, so my suggestion would be to only sell them in these countries and not sell them in countries where they cannot provide support, because I don't think a search option would have that much restriction by country.

The problem isn't Roku, it's Disney.  Roku isn't supported worldwide and many providers choose not to support their Roku app in regions not supported by Roku.  It's up to Disney to make their app available worldwide (like Netflix has) and obviously they're not willing to do that.

For whatever reason, search isn't even supported in all regions officially supported let alone regions that aren't.  That's just Roku for you. 🙄
