Before we proceed further, we'd appreciate additional information about this such as:
- What specific Roku device are you having this issue with?
- Is this OTA Live TV channel or via The Roku Channel?
- Did this happen the last time you switched your network provider?
In the meantime, we suggest the following steps to help you troubleshoot:
- Reboot your Roku device: Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart.
- Reset your network connection: Settings > Advanced system settings > Network connection reset > Reset connection.
