No Response from Roku on Marquee Channel Error

Hi there,

A number of Marquee Channel subscribers are getting the same error. 

We have given all the necessary information for troubleshooting. But there has been no response from the moderator / chatbot.

ERROR: tv3 sts end point denied authorization - Roku Community

Could we please get a response in that thread???

This channel isn't offered or controlled by Roku. They can't provide any assistance with 3rd party channels.

When I check the Channel store I see two with Marquee in the name. One is the Marquee Sports Network. If that's the one you are referring to, you need to contact them at https://watchmarquee.com/doc/support

Thanks, yes, I was referring to Marquee Sports Network.

It's unfortunately that Roku Support responded to the OP's original query, then let it sit after the requested information was supplied and additional users' validations of the error were added.
