The same behavior of the Power Rangers Live TV channel is occuring on both the Roku Channel and Plex.
Will just have to be patient and wait for the stream to be fixed.
The Roku Channel, Pluto, and Plex have plenty of on-demand Power Ranger episodes and those seem to working fine.
Edit... Looks like the issue is resolved and episodes playing normally again on both Roku Channel and Plex.
