Exact same thing here. Just got new Roku Express 4k+. Everything works except Netflix. The Netflix logo shows for about a second, then goes back to home screen. Tried all proposed solutions, but nothing works.

Exactly the same setup for me and same troubleshooting steps without any progress.

Netflix app is version 5.3 build 105088006.

Netflix app works on all other devices but the 4k Express.

I’m having the same issues with Netflix on a Roku 4K express, click the tile, shows Netflix logo, kicked back to Home Screen, tried all suggestions online still the same

I watched Netflix early this afternoon with no problem, but as of 4:38pm central time... Netflix will not load.  And I'd say that it's an issue with ROKU since I am able to load Netflix on my computer. 

 

Mine is:

 

Model: 3820 Streaming Stick 4k

Software version: 11.0.0 build 4193-CU

We are currently aware and our engineering team has been investigating this issue closely.

In the meantime, please help us with the required details below for us to send additional information for the investigation to our engineering team, and once more information is available I'll be sure to let the Community know:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-what are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue or error message
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Only happens with Netflix, version 5.3. .  Build 105088006

press the tile, Netflix screen logo appears then kicked back to Home Screen 

tried restarting Roku device, restarting router, removing channel then restarting device, reinstalled Netflix, same issue all the time

Issue occurs only when opening Netflix. Netflix Version 5.3 Build 105088006

Hi Roku Community,

Some customers today may have experienced a Netflix channel access issue that was related to a recent channel update affecting certain Roku devices.

If you are experiencing an issue with using Netflix on your Roku device, please perform a software update to resolve this issue.

Steps to perform a software update:
1. Press "Home" and go to Settings
2. Go to System
3. Select Software Update and press "Check now"
4. The issue should be resolved once the channel has been updated
