I’m at my wits end. DIRECTV will appear on my Samsung TV but it’s frozen on the DIRECTV screen. No up or down button brings the guide up. Spent 2 hours troubleshooting with AT&T last night. Wi-Fi & internet are fine. I’ve unplugged,updated, plugged back in numerous times. Changed the batteries in Roku remote. I can watch Netflix & prime,etc. What In the world do I do ? Another TV has the same problem. Thanks everyone.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
