I have an old Roku player, over 15 years old. I’m getting a message, “Netflix is no longer available on this device.” Is Netflix no longer compatible with Roku or the TV set? Or is it something else?
Thanks!
Netflix, along with many other channel/app providers, have discontinued support for the older devices. In many cases, the only supported devices that are more than eight years old are the Roku 2 (4210) and Roku 3 (4200/4230). So any player older than ten years old is simply not going to work with the majority of current apps available for Roku devices. Your only option is a new Roku player. I think you have to accept you got your money's worth from a device that old. 🙂

Thank you Dan! I agree, I definitely got my money’s worth. Time for a new device 😊
