Thanks for posting here in the Roku Community.
We understand your concern with the Netflix and Hulu that are having an issue on your Roku device, and we're here to help. We would recommend performing a system update on your Roku device to ensure that it is running the latest software version.
Follow the instructions below to manually check for software or channel updates.
- Press the Home
- Scroll up or down and select Settings .
- Select System .
- Select System Update .
- Note : The system update screen displays the current software and version, plus the date and time of the last update.
- Select Check now to see if any updates are available manually.
If there are any software or channel updates, your Roku device will automatically download and install them, and when complete, it will reboot.
After this has been performed, kindly check to see if you notice any improvements.
