Hello, I don't know who to contact to help me. I’ve been having problems with one of the apps. The app is Television Mexico; within the app there are several channels and when I select one of the channels I see the same shows from another channel. For example; I select channel 7 but I can see what's live on channel 5. It's been like this for 3 days now. I already reset Roku, I uninstalled and installed the app ( television Mexico ) and nothing.

Hello Carli,the thing is there is nowhere to contact someone, no links to anything, no phone number or email. I have tried to search the internet for something but nothing. I don't know where else to look.

This is a different company - Innovatech (one word) construction products .
A search on the US channel store does find a result for Television Mexico:
.. but clicking on its Details button just returns me to the initial search screen.
From the Mexican channel store page, the Details button worked for me earlier on my phone (but not now on my desktop) and revealed the channel was developed by "Innova Tech" (two words) but gives no link.
But I did learn a lot about welding steel beams from the website linked above. 😀
Seriously I'm surprised at how often Roku support doesn't know how to contact developers of apps in their channel store.
