is there any update on the issue?
is there anyway we can get some details on what the problem is? We are obviously seeing symptoms with the authorizations not be recognized, but has the technical team at Roku identified the root cause?
thanks!

When I worked for a software company, if a new release bombed we would roll back until we fixed the new one. Why can't this happen??? I suspect most if not all of us are paying additional $$ to our cable/streaming services to get a tier that even has our regional NBCSports channel. And now what are we getting for that $$? Nada.
Enough already it's going on 2 months.
Just got an email from Robert Brooks from the Phillies (broadcast manager) who stated that they sent my comments/concern over to the NBC Sports team. We'll see if the Phillies have any pull.
🤞
Same here. I hope this works!
Fingers crossed.
It’s always difficult when multiple providers/vendors are involved, but hopefully the Phils can help get something resolved.
It's not working across any of my devices today. So weird that it works on some days but not on others. Never works on Roku though.
Buy a firestick. You are missing the Phillies and the 76ers in the playoffs.
This is a Roku issue. Period.
It's not but ok.
I did.....works great
If it was just a Roku issue then why does it occasionally not work on my Xbox, cell phone, tablet or laptop all of which have zero connection to any Roku device?
