My apps like ESPN and TNT keep disconnecting from my cable provider. I reconnected them by login again using the code provided by roku. I watch then normally but as soon as I go back to the home page, the login disappears and I have to log in again. I used to live Roku but is this continues I’m switching to Fire as it doesn’t happen in my fire stick.
I already did a factory reset, updated the roku, nothing seems to work.
I had this same problem with the Watch TCM app, authenticated with my DirecTV subscription, on both Streaming Stick products listed in my signature. I don't know if it is just a coincidence, but the problem went away when both sticks received the update to Roku 11.
That’s exactly when my problems started. No idea how to fix it. I’m tired of reconnecting to the cable subscriber
Perhaps there's some stray data or something buggy in the app installs.
Do these steps in this order to see if that's the problem.
The order is important: 1,2,3. Doing 2,1,3 or 1,3,2 won't work.
This may not fix it, but it's worth a shot to try it as it often (but not always) does resolve issues such as this.

After multiple times deleting the apps, restarting and installing the apps again, I even did a factory reset. Still same issue.
Shame for Roku, their stocks is being hammered and if this doesn’t get solved quickly, they will lose a customer that have been using roku for 10 years.
