I have the same issue! every once in a while the menu comes up but then as soon as I choose a channel it goes back to the HiSense screen then on and off. What a piece of junk!!

We appreciate you for sharing this information with us, and we'd be more than glad to assist further. Have you tried performing a hard reset to your Roku TV to see if you're able to notice any improvements?

To do this, there is a hard reset button or pinhole that can be pressed with a pin located at the back of your Roku TV. Once located, press and hold the button or pinhole for 20 seconds while the Roku TV is on and active. For more steps with this, you can contact your Roku TV manufacturer for further assistance.
