To Roku Support - please do not refer your users to YouTube to resolve what is obviously a very common problem with YouTubeTV on Roku. 

It may be a YouTube transmission issue but if it is, then ALL Roku users are effected. If this is the case perhaps Roku could intervene to Google on behalf of all of its customers as opposed to sending us off to complain individually.... ?!?!?

Could you tell us more about the issue you're experiencing with the YouTube app?

• Does the resolution issue only persist with YouTube? If so, could you name a particular show or content affected?
• Have you tried looking for additional picture settings within YouTube by clicking on the star button during playback?
• Could you send us a photo of the resolution issue?
• What are the steps you have taken so far to resolve this issue?
