Channels & viewing

I find it very suspicious that any movie chosen, strangely, won't 'play', so I place them on save list for later. Later, still, none of them will play. I almost feel like these movie selections are hollow. Anyone else see this happening?

Here are a few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing:

• When did this issue first start occurring?
• Are you being prompted with an error message?
• Does this happen on all movies/shows from the Save list or just specific titles?
• Please cite specific content title examples that you have tried to play in the Save list that is experiencing an issue so we can help investigate this further.
• Does the issue happen on content that is not on the Save list?
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing?

Thank you Mary. This began several months ago. Mostly with popular titles like Julia Roberts movies. Was really interested in the RIPD movie too, also in my save list, but still I get the error message that states "title cannot be played right now". I use the fire stick. Devil wears Prada was kept in my save list for several weeks before I could actually get it to play. 

Any help is appreciated.

We appreciate you sharing with us what is happening with your Roku device. We'd like to know if the issue is isolated to a specific channel or not. Where are you trying to stream the titles from one channel only or random channels?
