I am subscribed to Midnight Cult through Roku. I am having problems with one movie in the app. The Midnight Cult site is very sparse and the contact form is in Japanese. I would just like to know how I get support. Am I supposed to go through Roku support, or is there a way to contact them directly? I can see no way to ask Roku this simple question.
