Are you saying their contact form didn't work or something else?
Keep in mind, that out of the thousands of channel/apps on Roku, only around 3 are actually written by Roku (Like: The Roku Channel and Roku Media Player.) All the rest are created by the content providers like Disney, Paramount, NBC, etc. So if you want another content provider on Roku, you should be letting the content provider know.
I tried the one provided by billinginfo and I couldn't get it to work.i'll try contacting MSG.I'll let everyone know how that went.
@Crispy3013 wrote:I tried that and it doesn't work. Apparently It's currently not available .I have my own MSG subscription but I can't watch on my Roku tv. It only works on my computer and smartphone. Can you please add this? Would be much appreciated.
Roku doesn't create the channels for 3rd parties. You have to ask MSG to supply one.
I also emailed MSG to see if they would be developing an app for Roku.
I will post their response on this thread.
Received from MSG+ yesterday:
Thank you for contacting MSG+ Support. We do apologize if the MSG+ app is not yet available on your Roku.
You might wish to check whether you can access our website, msgplus.tv, on your TV if it has a browser.
We are still working on adding the MSG+ app to other devices, and we understand that it would certainly provide more options for fans like yourself who prefer native apps for a seamless experience. We appreciate your patience with us.
MSG+ is currently available for use on iOS v15 and above (iPhone/iPad), Android v9 and above (phone/tablet), desktop web, Chromecast, AirPlay, Apple TV, Samsung TV, and Android TV.
You might also want to check whether you can access our website, msgplus.tv, on your TV if it has a browser or use an HDMI cable from your phone or laptop to your TV.
Please check the website from time to time for updates.
Feel free to reply to this email or contact us at 1-800-578-5599 if you have other questions or need further assistance.

MSG+ Customer Support
If you’ve ever tried using a browser built into a tv or some other non-computer, you’ll give that up in a second. Miserable way to access web pages designed for using a keyboard and mouse.
I recently received a message from MSG.they say that msg is currently not available and they are working on providing it in the future. As for trying to enter msgplus.tv on a app search, forget it.The search option only has letters and numbers,no punctuation of special characters.I'm sure Roku can fix this with a software upgrade. For now I'll watch my Sabres games on my computer.
You need to make this app available. I am a huge Roku fan and have gone full streaming but I cannot currently watch Devils games.
@skuske please read the previous comments. Roku does not create the apps for other providers. MSG is the only one that can create an app for their service for Roku devices. You have to ask them to create it.
Ask and you shall receive!
It looks like someone was listening.I am happy to report MSG+ is now available on Roku.
Just in time for Christmas.
TYVM MSG and Roku for getting it done.
