Channel 471 when you look at the guide it's listed in Spanish however the audio is all in English.  It's been this way for about a month

This is what I mean Spanish description even though the audio is played in English so I don't know where the show is taking place because the headliner is in Spanish

Mine is the same way. The description of what show is on, is written in Spanish. When I go into the channel however, it's spoken in Engliah.
