I have used weather4us for years and subscribe (for a couple of Roku boxes).
Recently, the local radar is showing the following mesage:
"Local radar images are over two hours old which most likely indicates the radar is down. You can try viewing your area by using CONUS radar."
I checked the NWS for my area and the radar is not down. I have several locations saved in weather4us in different areas of the country, and they ALL show this radar is down message. Something is broken at weather4us. The CONUS depiction does work.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Hi @miraculon,
Thanks for keeping us updated.
Have you tried contacting the channel provider directly and inquiring further about the issue? Most channels on the Roku platform are designed and maintained by the channel providers themselves. Thus, contacting them is a good option to address this issue you've encountered.
We hope for the best for you.

Kash
Hi @miraculon,
Thank you for informing us about the issue you're encountering with the Weather4U channel.
It might be helpful in some situations to uninstall the channel and then reinstall it. Follow the instructions below, restarting your Roku device after each step to ensure the process succeeds. Please be aware that strict adherence to this is essential for successful outcomes.
We also suggest checking for an app update by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the * button, and selecting update.
We hope this helps. Kindly inform us of your findings.
Sincerely,
Janadee
There is no option to delete the channel. I saw on the boards that if you have a subscription active you have to unsubscribe before you can delete a channel. Unfortunately, the options shown do not include a way to unsubscribe, only to cancel the auto renewal, set an email reminder or keep the subscription.
I checked for updates, and it says that it is up to date.
Greg
