I am having the same problem. My channel number 21.3 has disappeared. I have two Roku TVs and the one in the bedroom 21.3 comes on the one in the living room. I have rescan the channels and it still won’t come on. if anyone has any help let me know. I unplugged the TV and let it sit for a couple of minutes and plugged it back in and re-scanned the channels. I even looked at my channel list and it is not there
Draper Media, the broadcaster for channel 16.1 (CBS) and Fox News channel 21, no longer broadcasts these channels over the air. I assume this because i live right in the middle of Salisbury, thus I assume it is not that the signal is too weak. I have not been able to pick those channels up (over the air) for at least 7 months. I have internet but see no reason to use up my bandwidth on local TV channels that traditionally have been broadcast via antenna.
I must think that this is just another form of discrimination against poor people who dont have internet. Draper considers them just to poor too be consequential members of their audience. (or maybe they dont want poor people to see Stephen Colbert and then vote Democrat.)
Up until about 7 or 8 months ago i could pick up these channels via my antenna.
disconnect and rescan with no internet connection. those channels will come back

@rukiafan In my experience this only works until you turn your wifi back on. Then the channels disappear again.
Hi, @aw9182.
Greetings from the Roku Community.
Thanks for letting us know about this. We'd be happy to share and suggest some workaround to help you resolve this.
We may need to perform some network configuration here, and we recommend coordinating with your Internet Service Provider to help you change the router's wireless channel. It's possible that your router's Wi-Fi may be interfering with particular OTA channels.
We hope you find this information helpful.
Best regards,
Carly
The problem happens on wired internet as well so it's not a wifi interference issue. The only thing that worked for me was changing my zip code in the settings to one I live close by. This indicates a software issue and not something the users should have to troubleshoot and try to fix themselves.
Hi, @aw9182.
Thanks for the added information. In cases like this, we'd be happy to coordinate this with the appropriate team to conduct a thorough investigation.
In order to narrow down the cause of the issue, we would appreciate it if you could share with us your device details such as follows:
We'll be looking forward to your response.

Carly
@RokuCarly If I remember I will get this later today. However this will be the third time that I've given you this information since I created this post back in January. In the almost 10 months has there not been an official solution to this issue or any kind of progress made? I have been involved in another post about an issue with the credits screen going black on Roku TCL TVs that has been going on for more than a year and Roku doesn't seem to want to fix that one either or make it a priority. Should I continue buying Roku products if software issues like these are going to endlessly continue with no resolution or updates in sight? I have been a loyal customer since 2012 but I am now thinking about moving to a new platform for better or worse.
the solution is to change the zip code to another city that receives the channels you get locally. for me i changed it to a zip code in williamsburg instead of norfolk. find a city that receives the same channels in your area and try that followed by a rescan.
