Issues with apps no longer recognizing my subscription
I have subscriptions (which I already verified) through Roku for AMC+ and STARZ. Have not had issues until now.
FIRST, STARZ no longer recognizes me. I tried going though STARZ but since it is through Roku, they sent me back to them. Here's the issue: I can still access STARZ from my Roku TV in my master bedroom but can no longer access it from the TV in my family room on my Roku box. It says I have reached the maximum devices allowed, but I haven't changed anything or added anything in years. There seems to be no way to remove devices (which I would try because there is an old one listed I no longer use). Worked fine a week or two ago.
Did the chat support thing with no resolution, but an escalation to tech.
SECOND, AMC+ was fine last night and now it no longer recognizes me on the family room TV but still plays fine on the Roku TV in the master bedroom.
Any ideas what's going on and how to get it all operational again?

Re: Issues with apps no longer recognizing my subscription
EDIT: Not sure about the other issues your having, but Starz was telling me I had reached the maximum devices allowed and wouldn't let me sign in on my living room TV. Here's what I did to fix that:
Go to starz.com/settings. Make like you forgot your password. Use your Roku email to reset your password. Reset it.
Log into Starz with the new password. Go to settings and look for devices. Delete them all. Why all? If you've ever had to use different browsers on various computers, each browser registers as a separate device. Just delete them all then go back to your Roku device and open the Starz app again. It will ask you to go to starz.com/activate (or something similar). Go there and enter the code from your Roku screen. Done. Back to normal.
