The ION Mystery channel on my live Roku TV app has been stuck playing the same commercial loop for an hour. It is no longer streaming the actual show. Other channels are working without error.

For future reference, you may reboot your affected Roku device under Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System reboot to refresh its system. Furthermore, you may also visit our support article for instances like this: How to resolve a channel playback issue
