btw, it DOES NOT happen with ANY OTHER CHANNEL i use... my daughter loaded Spotify on her Roku TV, had to figure out how to connect, finally was able to log in, and actually see Fr Mike's visage and hear Day 184...
so, she came over and once again, went through EVERY step the Spotify agent helped me with, (for the 3rd dozenth time), and FINALLY performed the factory reset (i cannot - have to see what is too tiny to see)...
