The Cox tv app is called Contour.  I couldn’t find it in Roku’s App Library, but I also have an Apple TV device and the Contour app is in the Apple TV App Store.

For some reason Apple TV’s App Store carries it but Roku’s App Store does not.

Apps in phone or cox contour? Which apps on which device?

You can't. It's not supported.  Not a Roku problem.  Cox has made it available.
