Just an update as my TCL Roku TV OS ver 14.0 is still not showing any preview thumbs on the home screen when the corresponding ICON is highlighted but I noticed on my brothers Roku TV he is running OS ver 14.1 and he does show the preview thumbs on his home screen.

Is your brother's Roku TV from TCL? If so, what model? I will push TCL for an estimate on when they plan to release 14.1. 🫰

To perform a software update, kindly refer to the instructions below:
- Press Home
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Software update
- Select Check Now to manually check for updates

To assist us in reviewing this matter further. can you please provide the details below:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- Channel build version (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
- Image referring to the issue.
Once we gather the details we've requested, our team can assist further.

There is no 'Channel Build Version'. The icon on the home page is an Input, not a Channel (Live TV is the input name). Image is simply the antenna (it used to include a live preview which is the issue, it's no longer there).

One other note, your reply to @bohratom suggested a fix of a software update. There is none available, I checked that first when it stopped working.

An update. The TV updated itself to 14.1 earlier this week (10PM CDT on 7 January). The preview still doesn't work.
